Good Sports drives equitable access to youth sports, supporting children in high-need communities to achieve their greatest potential—both on the field and in life. By donating brand-new sports equipment, apparel, and footwear, Good Sports creates opportunities for kids to participate in sports and physical activities.
Kids who play do better, and while some families have the ability to afford sports gear, leagues, and travel costs – many do not. Consequently, leaving many kids are left behind on the sidelines. By supplying youth organizations with the gear they need, overhead costs are cut and more resources become available, helping children stay connected to their communities. Good Sports drive to bring equitable access to youth sports not only allows children the opportunity to be successful at their sport but ultimately teaches them them the necessary skills to successful in life.
The Centre team is composed of athletes, whether at the national, college, or high school level. The skills, discipline, and drive we developed through sports have stayed with us into adulthood. We firmly believe these qualities have been key to our company’s success today.
Centre Construction Group is thrilled to partner with the Good Sports Foundation. Proceeds from our March Madness event will be donated to support basketball organizations for Chicago’s youth, helping to create opportunities for the next generation of athletes.
