Southport Lofts was converted from an old Chicago loft building into a contemporary, rustic-style office space. This multi-unit buildout focused on preserving the building's original heavy timber and exposed brick while modernizing the interior to align with its new aesthetic. Each suite was equipped with a new conference room, kitchen, and three segregated high-end office suites, blending the historic charm with modern functionality.
