Bell Flavors and Fragrances, a global product development company, expanded their existing warehouse into office space to accommodate their growing workforce. The buildout added two new floors to the current space, consisting of offices, IT rooms, a cafeteria, bathrooms, and an expanded employee locker room. Given the highly sensitive nature of their work with food ingredients, special hygienic practices and procedures were implemented throughout the building process to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
