A severe flood caused significant damage to a student housing complex at Roosevelt University impacting the east side units, parking lot, and the entire amenity floor, which includes the gym, study rooms, game and lounge areas, and laundry room. Centre Construction Group was tasked with restoring the building to its original condition while also upgrading finishes in some units. The project required a rapid turnaround to ensure everything was ready for student move-in day in early August.
